Circa 1998. Quartz movement, presumably Japanese. NOS still sealed in all its original packaging never opened! Outer bezel has markings for km/h timing. West logo on the dial. Estimated case size of 40mm including crown. This wonderful time-warp NOS watch is the only one we have ever come across! That’s not a sales pitch, it is just a fact.
